How can I customize my jersey?

You can either upload your own .gpx file or link your Strava account. We then generate a .svg art file from a couple of data points, which you will have access to customize your own colors.

Is my data protected?

We don’t save any of your data. What we do save is the art piece that goes on your one-of-a-kind product.

What is the lead time for receiving my one-of-a-kind jersey or bib short?

In general, we have a 5-week production time with about one week for shipping. Sometimes this timeline can be slightly faster.

Do you save my Payment information?

No, we never save your payment information out of for security and liability reasons. Therefor we are not able to add more products after the completion of your order. We would need to cancel and refund your order and you would need to re-enter your order again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the return policy?

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, we cannot accept returns because this is your one-of-a-kind jersey, and it’s useless to anyone else since it represents your accomplishments, not someone else’s.
